Agenda: Planning a BTS concert

Points Discussed:

  • Managing directors welcomes members of the meeting and announces the plan to hold a BTS concert

  • The concert will be held on 15th of October, 2022 in Atlanta, Georgia. 

  • Managing director divided the staff into the following committees:

  1. Stage- lighting, flow of the concert, sound system, microphones, camerawork

  2. Stylists and Makeup- costumes of artists and background dancers and band, along with their makeup

  3. Financing and Sponsorship- deciding and allocating the budget to each committee and finding sponsors

  4. Hospitality- putting up artists, dancers, band and every onsite employee in a hotel, preparing green rooms, medical facilities, taking care of audience too( handing out water or providing medical facilities if needed)

  5. Security- artist’s security during concert and while entry and exit, audience’s security during concert and entry and exit from the venue

  6. Videography- animations, trailers and background visuals for the big display screens( jumbotron)

  7. Hiring- hiring the dancers and band

  8. Marketing and Promotions- promoting the concert online and offline

  • Every team will have to coordinate with the financing and sponsorship team

  • Security and Stage team will need to communicate well

  • Marketing and Promotions and Videography team can work together to incorporate a single concept in promotions and during the concert

  • Stage team also has to prep the artists with a rehearsal at the venue, same for the security committee

  • Styling and Makeup team should coordinate with stage and lighting to create looks that are cohesive with them

Is a World AI takeover possible? (Web Article)

All of us have seen the infamous clip of Hanson Robotics’ viral humanoid robot Sophia saying, “Okay, I will kill humans”, in an interview with CNBC in 2016. The advanced AI robot was granted a Saudi Arabian citizenship, become the world’s first robot to be a world citizen.
