This is to inform all students that the Central campus will be holding its annual fest, ethnic day on 15 November, 2022. There will be ethnic performances in the KE Auditorium, followed by an appearance by DJ Vicky in the football field.

Then, for bhastrika take a deep forceful breath in while stretching your hands up. Open your fists as you go up, with your palms facing forward. 4. Breath out while pulling your abdomen in and bringing your hands down to your body with force. Close your palms back into fists while coming down. 5. Repeat this 20 times. Then relax with your palms on your knees and take normal breaths for 30 seconds. Repeat this cycle for two more rounds.
